Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your manicure as much as we do, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Holo Taco order, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to shipping regulations, all returned nail polishes must be shipped in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack With Care

  Securely pack your items in the original Holo Taco box with the protective inserts to prevent breakage during the shipping process.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
